Singapore's Lee Hsien Loong will meet Kim, Trump separately

Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong will meet separately with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)’s leader Kim Jong-un and US President Donald Trump on June 10 and June 11, respectively.

The mentioned meetings will take place when the guests visit the city-state for their summit, according to a government statement.

Trump and Kim are scheduled to meet on June 12 at the Capella Hotel on Singapore's Sentosa Island at 9:00 a.m. (0100 GMT).

The historic summit is expected to center on ending the DPRK's nuclear weapons programmes in return for diplomatic and economic incentives.

Kim is expected to arrive in Singapore on June 10 evening.

US President Donald Trump has left for Singapore from Canada after attending the two-day Group of Seven (G7) meeting that ended on June 9.

Trump is expected to land at a military air base in Singapore June 10 night.
