NDO – A delegation from the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee on May 19 laid flowers and offered incense to President Ho Chi Minh at the Ho Chi Minh Museum to mark the 125th birthday of the beloved national leader (1890-2015).
NDO - Today, the Party, people and army of Vietnam are celebrating the 125th anniversary of the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890-2015) - an event of special significance in the socio-political life of the country - in a jubilant atmosphere 40 years after the Southern Liberation and National Reunification. Since the 1975 Great Spring Victory, the burning desire of Uncle Ho - "freedom for my people, independence for my nation” - has come true.
NDO – Over one century has passed since Uncle Ho arrived in France on his journey to save the nation. During his stay in France, he was supported and respected by French friends. The respect for the beloved leader of the Vietnamese people has remained.
NDO – A special TV programme linking Hanoi’s Ba Dinh square and Hoang Tru village, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province was held on May 18 to mark the 125th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (1890-2015).
NDO – The film entitled ‘Thau Chin in Siem Reap’ is being shown to overseas Vietnamese (oVs) in Thailand from May 17-21, as part of activities to celebrate the 125th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 – 2015).
