NDO – An arts programme was held in Hanoi on February 1 to commemorate the 88th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930-2018).

The event, jointly organised by the Quan Doi Nhan Dan (People’s Army) newspaper and Vietnam Television, was attended by Politburo member, Secretary of Party Central Committee (PCC) and Head of the PCC’s Commission for Mass Mobilisation Truong Thi Mai.

The programme featured a variety of unique performances praising the beauty of the country’s nature and people, as well as the revolutionary tradition of the Party.

Song and dance displays expressed our profound gratitude to the beloved Uncle Ho as well as predecessors, heroes, and martyrs who sacrificed their lives for national independence and freedom.

Also at the programme, a number of charity activities were held in aid of needy people and policy beneficiaries.
