NDO - The privately held Vingroup has been named as the best real estate developer in Vietnam in 2017 by Euromoney magazine, reclaiming the number one position from last year’s top-placed Keppel Land.
In the past year, the firm has made significant efforts to become a market leader in almost all aspects.
With 44 projects throughout the country, Vingroup has become the largest property developer in Vietnam while also having the most diversified portfolio, with properties ranging from residential, office, retail and leisure to shophouse, condotel and officetel.
In all of the sectors in which Vingroup is involved in, its projects are all recognised to have top-notch quality with excellent facilities.
Vingroup has not only proven to be the market leader in Vietnam but has also gradually become a reputable developer in the region in terms of both size and quality.
In addition to being named the best property developer, Vingroup has also scooped the best mixed use developer title, for the third year in a row, for its product diversification ranging from residential areas and shopping centres to resort complexes.
In Euromoney’s retail category, Vingroup is also named the number one company with 41 shopping centres, which are market leaders in modern retail services, across the country, helping to not only enhance the urban landscape but also boost the local economy.
This year Vingroup has also won Euromoney’s best leisure/hotel developer in Vietnam title, with 16 five-star resorts overlooking Vietnam’s most beautiful beaches.
Recognising Vingroup’s success, Marcus H. Langston, director of Euromoney Asia, stated that with its quality approaching international standards, Vingroup deserves to be the most successful property developer in Vietnam.
Since participating in Euromoney’s Real Estate Awards, Vingroup has been continually honoured as the best developer in Vietnam, in various categories, affirming its position as one of the leading property developers in Vietnam.
