NDO - Vietnam has seen an increase in the number of private enterprises and a decrease in the number of State-owned enterprises (SOE) due to the boosting of SOE equitisation, according to the preliminary results of the General inquiry into the Vietnamese economy in 2017 announced by the General Statistics Office in Hanoi on January 19.
